I'm a German-American clinical psychologist. I originally worked in the clinical field focusing on criminology by working with inmates in maximum-security prisons, both in the US and in Germany.
After moving to Berlin I switched to the business sphere, by joining an AgTech Startup as the first employee. We scaled the company to 60+ employees and I ultimately took on the role of VP of Operations.
